West Park - Winter 2009

The following photos were taken at West Park (a nature park located in Carmel, Indiana U.S.A.).  The photos cover two days of shooting.  On the first day my pooch and I headed over to the park early in the morning following a significaant "ice fog" event that happened the evening before.  Everything was coated with a crystaline layer of ice.  After our second shot, we were descended upon by 3 rather large mutts that were off-leash.  As I struggled to keep some semblance of control over the situation, my camera was dangling on it's tether.  After the "ditzified" owners finally showed up and canine order was restored, we moved on.  Unfortunately, the 2 degree F. temperature totally froze the camera up.  The pooch and I had a good walk anyways.

The following day, we caught another ice fog event.  This time I headed out on my own.  After taking adequate precautions to keep the camera warm between shots, I was able to take the majority of the shots contained in the album.  With this album, I'm using a new photo album application (a very long story).  Feel free to leave any coments below.  Hope you enjoy the photos.
