Dedicated GRUB Boot Loader Partition

The following paper will explain how to construct a small hard drive partition and populate it with a GRUB Boot Loader.

There are many advantages to be gained by setting up a dedicated GRUB Boot Loader.  One of the key benefits is that the user will not have their boot loading options cluttered everytime the Linux kernel advances in revision.  This approach will also make it easier to expand or change Linux boot options.

The paper will walk the user through the entire process starting with setting up the initial hard drive partition thru populating the boot loader with the files necessary to run a consistent boot loader in a multiple Linux operating system environment.

The paper is in pdf format so you may view, print or download the contents quite easily.  Click on the following link to access the document.
